Supporting Your Journey to Parenthood

We understand that the path to parenthood is unique for every individual and couple, and we're here to offer the support, guidance, and tools you need to navigate this deeply personal journey.

Whether you’re just beginning to try for a child, exploring treatment options, navigating infertility, or building your family through adoption or surrogacy, we can help you manage the emotional and mental health aspects of your journey. We offer support to individuals and couples, with understanding and compassion, while providing tools for emotional resilience, relationship strength, and personal well-being.

Up to 1 in 8 couples have trouble getting pregnant or sustaining a pregnancy.   Despite how common infertility can be, it is not something that people talk about.  In fact, it's often experienced in privacy or secrecy.

The emotional and psychological toll of fertility struggles, miscarriage, or the inability to conceive can affect your mental well-being and your relationships. Therapy provides a safe space to process these complex emotions, build coping strategies, and make informed decisions about your  family building and fertility journey.

For LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, surrogacy and egg/sperm donation are often essential parts of the family-building process. Our therapists provide support to help you navigate the emotional and relational dynamics of third-party reproduction, including the unique challenges and considerations involved.

Our compassionate therapists are here to help you address both the emotional and practical aspects of family-building.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Coping with the stress and emotional toll of TTC and infertility

  • Exploring treatment options and providing support and decision making guidance

  • Exploration of fertility goals

  • Stress management

  • Managing feelings of grief, disappointment, or anxiety

  • Strengthening relationships and communication during fertility treatments

  • Helping you navigate the emotional highs and lows of fertility treatments
  • Coping with the grief of miscarriage, stillbirth, or infertility
