Elise Derevjanik, LMHC, PMH-C is a NY state licensed mental health counselor, with advanced certification in perinatal mental health. She is a founding board member of the New York state chapter of Postpartum Support International and has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field in various settings. Elise is a mom herself and loves working with clients during the transitional time of becoming a parent, she has made this the focus of her practice. She believes it’s important to support the “birth” of parents from all angles, especially mental health, as they become a new blend of themselves. She’s committed to expanding mental health options to parents during this important formative time because parents deserve it and so do children.
